A people free to choose will always choose peace. – Ronald Reagan

Peace is portrayed by an absence of contention and flexibility from dread of viciousness. Normally comprehended as the nonattendance of war, where individuals can live cheerfully without dread.

Peace is as important as other fundamental needs are. Like food, clothing and shelter Peace is also a fundamental need. When people will be at peace then everything will be in its right place. Today we all are facing lots of challenges like Stress, Low self-Esteem, Negativity. We have very less time for wellbeing and peace. All these problems have only one solution inner peace.

It is very well possible to choose peace over worry.

Unless you have peace, life is going to feel empty to you. Peace is the essential part of everyone’s life. It is not the world which needs peace it is the people who want peace…

When people are at peace then the world will be too.

Peace is of two types

External Peace– It includes world peace and social peace which is when there is no war within all nations and people. And they can live according to their will and enjoy their fundamental rights and religious freedom.
Internal Peace- Internal peace is also known as personal peace. It is a state of mind where a person understands the concept of “know thyself’’… And when he gets the answer he becomes stronger from inside to face the challenges of outside world. It is a state where a person feels good from inside, no matters what is going on outside.

“Choose and direct yourself to be peaceful inside regardless of what’s happening outside.”

Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding -Albert Einstein
Peace begins with a smile – Mother Teresa
Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without -Buddha

Supporting hands for peace (Promoters of peace)

“Remember each one of us has the power to change the world. Just start thinking peace and the message will spread quicker than you think.”

There are so many people and different organizations which are helping to promote peace. Their motto is very beautiful and fortunate that is to spread the fragrance of peace everywhere.

As Buddha said “No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.’
So if we are waiting for an angel to come from heaven that will help us then it’s just a false hope… only we can help ourselves…

There are some peacemakers who are doing work on this side.

In today’s life, people are under a lot of stress…. They are facing lots of challenges in day to day life. We can be quite successful in the outer world but we are still incomplete from the inside.
Still, something is missing… We don’t have a connection with ourselves.

A person doesn’t need anyone from outside world to disturb his inner peace…we are more than enough to disturb ourselves. We have a great knowledge about latest technologies and day to day happening changes but it’s pretty sad that we don’t know who we are. We are in touch with all but a great gap between me and me.
So it’s really very important to have peace in our lives so that we can get clarity within. With the inner clarity and peace, we can deal with every single thing with real understanding and determination.

In nutshell, we can say that ‘Peace is the need of an hour’.
